I received a call from (919) 535-4280. This irate man claimed I cut him off in his red Honda in the afternoon and he works at DMV; that's how he got my phone number...after he ran my tags. However, he had the wrong person because I was out of town when he claimed I ran him off. Furthermore, I haven't driven in a year; so he definitely didn't call the right person. Of course I blocked him from calling me back. But it was still annoying to get his call.
