Must be someone spoofing an ortho clinic number in Raleigh. We're not familiar with the clinic and have never been there. They've called us 2 days this week, but our phone system blocks them after the first ring!!

I received a call from 919-471-9622 at about 10:30am on 3/9/21. The called ID was listed as DUK UNIVERSITY. There was no voice message left. A call from the physician's office always leaves a detailed message and/or leaves a message in my account with DUKE. This is extremely annoying since a call from health provider leaves disturbed feeling about "what is wrong" during the pandemic time.. But is not it illegal to use an institute's name as personnel ID? Should the caller be reported to the AG's office?
