Sounded like some foreign lady, asked about some name and I said, "I'm sorry?" She asked again, I just told her that she has the wrong number, she continued to ask, "is this ___ trying to persue an education?" I continued to say, "you have the wrong number. So i hung up, called back, and was constantly being told by an automated message, "thank you for calling CS, press 9 to be added to our do not call list"
"CS"- I assume is Collection Solutions. It states if you call back to be placed on their Do Not Call List but I called from a business number so they wont call back
