got a call yesterday and one again this morning. Caller has done this in the past and I believe it's starting again. Who donates clothes in the summertime?

Calls my number two to three times daily. I am on the do not call list. Answer caller once an asked not to be called. Caller said ok and caller again the same day. I blocked the number and placed my phone on silent mode.
