Who called me from this phone number (919) 289-1666

Has called multiple times and left messages about an "important matter" that I have to contact them about. No info as to what the matter is, or who they are. This smells very much like the "legal summons" scam that's been going around. The phone number is shown to be hooked into Centurylink.
