Got a call from this number today. Phoenix Financial. They have just started calling about 2 weeks ago. They call daily as well as multiple times a day. No message left. In response to the person that said St Andrews hospital was who they were trying to collect for. They are right, there is no St Andrews hospital. Only St Francis hospital in Tulsa Oklahoma. Because I live in Tulsa. Never heard of a St Andrews. Sounds like a scam and not a debt collector.
