Left no name or business info. Gave a number to call back that wasn't the same as the number on my caller ID. Said he was going to come to my place of employment or my home. Said I was "officially notified."
Has called twice leaving a message “robo call” looking for my mother. No identifying info left, threatening to come to her home or work. I haven’t even told her...this is very creepy.
I'm guessing this is scam or fraud due to the fact that the guy didn't identify himself and didn't say who he was with. He just left a phone number to call him back at (which was not the same as the spoofed number that showed up on my caller-id) and threatened to either come to my house or place of business to collect a debt.....which of course, is illegal and against the fair debt collection act. So, obviously not a legitimate debt collector either.
