We received this call on our business phone from someone named Marshall. He asked for someone who is no longer employed with us. When I told him that he asked for someone else and I asked what the nature of the call was. He told me it was to send over ERP documents. Then he said my whole name and when I inquired how he knew my name he said he had researched the company and then hung up on me. I called him back and he answered the phone where I again asked how he knew of my name and he was less than helpful and wanted to talk to my boss to which I told him no. I asked to speak with his and he told me, it was only him but there was a room full of people talking.

The caller was very unhinged, and he knew all the office managers with my company. He was asked why he was calling, and he said it was none of my business, so i told him Well then, I'm not transferring him. He then became aggressive, and I told him to not call anymore. He then decided to call over and over all afternoon and harass all of the office managers until we could block his #.
