Most of the websites that I have seen say that this number belongs to Portfolio Recovery. However, the voice-mail that I received was a recorded message stating that (paraphrasing)"this is Customs and Border Agency and a (may have said drug courier) courier has been picked up using my identity, and then press '1' for more information." If this is Portfolio recovery then this is a new low for them.
