robotic voice stating "no key presses, good bye"
Most of the websites that I have seen say that this number belongs to Portfolio Recovery. However, the voice-mail that I received was a recorded message stating that (paraphrasing)"this is Customs and Border Agency and a (may have said drug courier) courier has been picked up using my identity, and then press '1' for more information." If this is Portfolio recovery then this is a new low for them.

Called claiming they were with Texas Services and wanted to inspect my roof. I've googled them and that's not their real name. I told the guy that and he played dumb. I told him 6 times never to call me again. I guarantee i'll hear from them again just under a different number.
Received a call from this number. I did not answer it. I don't know anyone in El Paso. I blocked the number for future use.
