This 914-600-5002 fraudster is posing as IRS bill collector officer and capio patner bill collector agency . They tried to collect money frome for a debt that i didn't owe and never heard of . This same 914-600-**** is impersonating credit card company and credit card debt / social security administrator / big insurance Inc / vehicle warranty and home repair .

Recorded message about closing files with no explanation.
