Who called me from this phone number (914) 371-2538

Asked for someone I don’t even know. Told her it was a wrong number. Actually had the nerve to tell me all calls were recorded, as though trying to warn me not to lie! But refused to say who they are? Hung up on me as I was asking to be removed.
