They had my social security number, my address from 25 years ago, and my current address. They threatened me with court case stating that Bank of America was filing charges of malicious intent to defraud a financial institution and some other charge. The guy said his name was Frank Austin had this # and gave me an ext. Of 3101. Told me I had a credit card and it was sent to collection back in 2015 and this was the 5 debt collector my account had gone through. Told me I had a balance of almost 5000 dollars and I could settle today for $1100, but told me if I called Bank of America they wouldn't be able to help me because it had already gone to collections. Told me I had 2 days and I could expect a formal notice to appear if not going to pay today.

I am receivug constant calls from this number threating me to call my job, wife, etc. The operator identified it as a Spam Call. So do not anwser or give information. Theya have found my name I do not how but maybe they scamed a data base with data. I will report them to FBI or other Fraud agencies.

Got a call from this number today telling me im getting 33% of my check garnished. and my car can be seized for a 1000$ credit card bill (ive never had a credit card) from a company called expired visa. Never heard of this company and cant find the company online anywhere. Wanted me to make a payment today! the bitch was rude asf too. dumb bitch

Calling for a Miasee Christopher, at least that is what it sounds like. I have called twice telling them that I don't know the person, they couldn't have had my phone # unless this is a 20 yr old debt. LOL

Caller says they are attempting to collect a debt for ACE CASH EXPRESS, which I do NOT have. They call my work number and cell number as well as my husbands number. SCAM and or FRAUD

This number keeps calling for a Michael W. Murphy (no person by that name works here) and is calling a business number. Sometimes a male voice sometimes female. Regarding a file that has been turned in to them, MLG32887, but no other information. Turn it over to the Local PD Fraud Division.

They call me constantly from this number. I do not like recording or a person telling me when I answer the "they may pursue me at my job. It is nothing but a scam. Give them no information.

I constantly get calls from this number. It's a recording looking for a "Karen R. Hogett" regarding a claim of somekind. Sometimes the recording is a male voice, sometimes a female voice. I have called back and talked to someone and they just tell me my number was removed from their system.
