My phone didn't even ring, it just popped up that I all of a sudden had a voicemail from 913-601-6787 from a "Stephanie Shoe" that I wasn't able to be reached today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention. Please Call 833-984-2104 to update my address, my contact information after a third field attempt i'm required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file" When I called the 833 number, this lady couldn't even tell me WHO she worked for. All she knows is that they deal with "civil cases". I told her I have no pending cases and she asked how would I know. I said I haven't been in any accidents, altercations, etc. So why would someone be coming after me? She then got an attitude with me "since I can't help you" blah blah blah. IF someone was trying to SERVE me, they would know how. I'm not hard to find. This is all BS. OH, the lady w/ the 833 number asked me my phone number to pull up my file.....I've never once had a lawyer ask me for my phone number to pull me up.

Called and left a message stating it was their final attempt. Phone never rang. There is a case from March 30 and I needed to call back to provide address information. So not going to do this. just report and move on.
