Who called me from this phone number (913) 563-5532

Calls repeatedly, Today I finally have had enough. Called them back from my work phone. Supposedly they say they were Comenity Bank located in Ohio yet the call came from 913 (KS) area code which they don't even have a physical presence in KS. They are spoofing numbers and something needs to be done to stop these bastards!!
