Call from number (913) 364-1732 Voicemail states that they have a claim in their office. Also called and left a message for me on my husbands phones. I called back asking for information. While they first used my maiden name and tried to have me validate everything from previous employment, address, social, DOB- scary they have this much information and just spurt it off. I told them I would not verify any personal information until I knew what the call was regarding. All they said was it was a complaint filed and they are a third party and can only tell me it’s going to court- and hung up. I called a second time and spoke to Larry and told him I was not happy that the first gentleman hung up on me, he said it was a delinquent account (which I have none of- I went through and paid all past debts 4 years ago with the help of lawyers to get it all taken care of). Larry hung up on me and said he gave me all the information he could. I called again, Rachel this time - I asked for their address. She asked which one- I said both, she said she had to look them up. She then put me on hold for 3 minutes. A man answered and said they would not speak with me because I’ve been “irate and unprofessional”. And hung up. I called again and spoke with James. I told him they did not have my authorization to call myself or any family members- he said that I’ve already been reported as refusing (never have refused- never knew what it was for) then James hung up on me.

Got a call said same info, I ask for verification, of the debit, and they hung up on me.
