Who called me from this phone number (913) 348-7720

Caller said calling from visa and asking for approval for 2 transactions by pressing a number, one transaction for 400 for eBay and one for a 1300 gift card transfer (or something like that). I called visa, they said they did not call me, so must have been a fraudulent call.
