Who called me from this phone number (912) 737-3044

This number keeps calling cell and home numbers but just hangs up once they reach my voice mail. I have blocked the number on my cell but I see that this number keeps calling my cell. My landline we never answer for this reason. We wait for the person to leave a message and if it is someone that we are waiting to hear from then we pick up the call otherwise no. This number never leaves a message they just hang up but I'm tired of them repeatedly calling both numbers!
