Who called me from this phone number (912) 402-4980

I got a call from 9124024980. The phone number came up as Laura Moore. She claimed she was with Census Bureau and wanted to verify information. When I called back restricted, she just answered as Laura Moore, can I help you? Not say she was with Census Bureau. I got a strange visit from someone that claimed to be with Census Bureau also and the man not listed as an employee on site. . I see this number has been reported before.
