I received a call from this phone number. It was a real person who called himself David Reynolds from the Student Loan Center. He said that my student loan forgiveness application was in pending status and I would need to call back today to enroll or call that number back and press 2 to opt out of future calls and they'd cancel the application. I did not initiate this application, nor do I have student loans.

I got a call from this phone number from a woman named Charlotte with the Student Services Department saying that they needed to speak with me about my outstanding federal student loan debt and the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program. I finished paying off my student loans almost a year ago. I don't know if this is a scam or a mistake.
