Who called me from this phone number (910) 817-4046

This phone number called my cell and hung up on me when I answered. I called them back and they hung up on me again. I called back a third time in a rude girl answered and I asked her why would you call me for health insurance and then hang up on me and she hung up on me again. I called back again and got a guy who listened to the above story and then told me that I was the rude one and hung up. These people need to be reported and their phone number needs to be disconnected.
