Who called me from this phone number (910) 659-2502

This number and 659-2503 have called my home daily for the past 2 beginning at 10 AM for every 2 hrs up til 8 PM. When I asked to be removed from call list. The voice just kept speaking, assume at this point it was a recording. There has to be some way to stop this practice.
