They are calling weekly - the person they are calling for is still dead. 276-278-5255 is the number to call. I do not pick up nor engage in any manner.
Getting a call 910-593-1274 and tells me to call this number - 276-218-5255 - they are calling for a dead person - someone who died 8.5 years ago.

I talked to Nicholas from (Horizon and Associates) about a debt he said I owed from Capital One from 2017. He told me I would be served papers by Friday. I paid off my debt to get my mortgage but he said once it is passed collections it is taken off your credit report while its in litigation.
Received a call that went to voicemail. Voicemail stated that if I didn't call them back, they would show up at my place of employment as allowed by law, to call them back with referance# @ 9105931274.
I received a call from these people about a debt that I paid twice and have the paid in full letter. They gave me the last for of an account that doesn't exist and said "good luck in front of the judge" and accused me of being a thief, they then hung up on me. I tried calling back to tell them I have paid in full letters and they said sorry. This is a scam and really needs to be stopped. Thankfully I keep all of my documentation.
RECIEVED A CALL SAYING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE SUED IF I DID NOT MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGMENTS FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DONT REMEMBER. I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME PROOF OR DOCUMENTATION AND THEY SAID THAT WOULD SERVE ME PAPERS.

Ribo call, says they received a fax complaint and are trying to serve papers. Who gets a faxed complaint on an individual and are not a business. Left number to call. They already have complaints against them about being a scam since last year.
This is a joke these people run scams on everyone saything there is a case against you and you or your lawyer needs to call them back. People like this should be put in jail for praying on innocent people. The FTC really needs to do a better job of getting rid of these companies.

Same as everyone else. ROBO-SCAM call said I was being sued with 2 actions. I pressed '1' and low and behold I got some woman on the phone. She back searched my caller ID number and found nothing in her system so I think, really, this is a SCAM
