Who called me from this phone number (910) 516-5028

The lady said she was from "Children's Make a Wish". I hung up. My caller ID said "unknown caller" and I don't give any information or money to telemarketers. I'm sick of these robo calls from unknown people all the time. It doesn't matter that I'm on a no call list. Sick of scams.
