Who called me from this phone number (910) 427-9012

Spam caller. Will call 5+ times per day every day of the week. Even after blocking the calls kept coming. This caller only stopped after I unblocked them, purposefully waited for a call, and proceeded to curse them out. They will attempt to sell you cars/warranty. I'm an underclassmen high school student, I definitely don't own a car...
