Just got ridiculous call about serving me papers for some reason with a number to call. No clue what its about I blocked number
i have a stellar credit rating and do not owe any past debts. They are harrassing me with multiple calls a day. I am retired and have plenty of time to pursue legal action against the swine.
Threatening to take arrest action about debts that are past a statue of limitations. By doing so, they breaks federal laws by threatening to take action. It was very confusing at first but I have never done anything wrong so I blocked the number.
