Who called me from this phone number (910) 354-3504

There was just silence when I answered Hello... hello? Then some guy came on and asked if some chick (not my name) was here. I said No who is this? Then the guy started to ramble on, not saying what company he was with. I hung up. It seemed like a robo call, maybe a scammer. I blocked him.

My brother is commander of eastern seaboard. There has to be a end to these people calling like me that can barely get to phone. I am sick of this and should be addressed.k
