Who called me from this phone number (910) 354-3182

Phone I.D. says Starnet Paetec. The message says that they are calling from Cape Fear Valley (hospital) billing office. I know that Cape Fear Valley does not have a 354 exchange and I also know that we do not owe Cape Fear Valley money.
