Who called me from this phone number (910) 223-2752

Caller ID says J Vic Martinico, I did not answer. Apparently the name was spoofed or trying to get around spam blockers. Another message from someone saying they are on a recorded line & want to offer med alert. Spam/Scam. These people need to get a job instead of take advantage of those in need. Also Nomorobo did not stop the call, yet I see they have it listed as spam.
