These guys are absolutely awful. Long hold times. Rude. And Lowe’s does not disclose that they are sending you to a subcontractor when they charge you hundreds of dollars for installation. I think that’s illegal. I hope someone sues them.
The 909-835-4400 number belongs to DSI logistics. They are an appliance delivery service contracted by Lowes home improvement and hardware. Just had contact with them on 11-17-20 for new refrigerator delivery. No caller ID when I was contacted. Put unknown for call type of call since "Legitimate business" was not listed.
THESE JERKS ARE CALLING AND CALING SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. I AM VERY OLD AND IT HURTS TO GET UP TO ANSWER THE PHONE ALL DAY LONG. PLEASE PLEASE STOP THESE HARASSING CALLS. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH THESE FOOLS? WHY DO THEY KEEP CALLING?

Both Lowes AND this POS company DSI Logistics should be sued and reported to FTC!! We had a refrigerator purchased from Lowes delivered a week ago! The "installer" did NOT install the water line to dispense water/ice. I have called every day for the past week speaking BOTH to Lowes and DSI Logistics.. what a JOKE!! Sometimes my call lasted an hour because I was transferred from one place to another(5 different people I spoke to in 1 call)!! I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LOWES STORE AGAIN....EVER!! And DSI WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FTC. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
