Just had contact with them on 11-17-20 for new refrigerator delivery. No caller ID when I was contacted. Put unknown for call type of call since "Legitimate business" was not listed.

Both Lowes AND this POS company DSI Logistics should be sued and reported to FTC!! We had a refrigerator purchased from Lowes delivered a week ago! The "installer" did NOT install the water line to dispense water/ice. I have called every day for the past week speaking BOTH to Lowes and DSI Logistics.. what a JOKE!! Sometimes my call lasted an hour because I was transferred from one place to another(5 different people I spoke to in 1 call)!! I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LOWES STORE AGAIN....EVER!! And DSI WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FTC. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
