Who called me from this phone number (909) 743-5349

This number keeps calling me asking me if i can donate to some lobbying organization that supposedly helps legislate laws penalizing criminals who injure officers. This is a scam because such legislation already exists. I have asked them 3 times to remove my number from their list and they have failed to do so.
