Who called me from this phone number (909) 529-9860

This guy claims to be helping you but he isn't. My computer crashed and I thought it had to do with a company that took $155 out my account. He said he would get the money back in our account but instead he got $1,500 from us. If he ever calls and says he is going to help he isn't.
