Erin called representing himself as a debt collector on behalf of Consumer Collections out of Phoenix, Arizona and trying to collect on a claim for 2018 for over $300 for U.S. Diagnostics Labs. THE COLLECTION AGENCY IS NOT A VALID BUSINESS AND THE LAB IS AN UNVERIFIED BUSINESS. He mentioned that was going to be sending the account to judgment and would be reported on my credit report if payment wasn't made by check or debit card. He could not provide services rendered, patient or information from the lab. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL OF THIS TYPE REACH OUT TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO VERIFY AS THEY TAKE FRAUD SERIOUSLY AND WILL PROSECUTE ERIN AND OTHERS LIKE HIM.
