David said he was from So Cal Edison & they are shutting off my power in one hour due to a past bill. My account is actually current and not due again for another week. David and his supervisor Matthew (ID 1137) had a current address & an 18 year old address on "file". Said payments were "in advance". They kept asking for payment confirmation # for my Feb 2020 payment. I did not give it to them. Total SCAM.
