Caller claimed to be a 'serving agency' and wanted to confirm that I would be at my residence (they had my address, or looked it up online really quick) between 8 and 4 to be served a court summons. I took down the following information, which they claimed was the serving organiziation: Malliken & Associates - 888-242-9257 Ask for the 'Legal Department' (of a law firm... duh!) Case #292883 CA When they asked if I got all that, I told them yes, but everything seemed really shady, at which point she quickly got off the phone.
