Who called me from this phone number (909) 259-9845

This is a spoof number and is from a call center that won't disclose what they are selling, but you can tell it's a call center of some sort. Said his name is "jason" and when I said "what do you want?", he said "goodbye". Only answered because it said a name and landline and seemed legit. It's not.
