I got a call from this number and they claim to be PSEG they know the amount number and the account number.
Left a voicemail stating they were PSE&G,had my name, even mentioned an outage in my area earlier this week which was even more concerning. All of this was an automated message.
Scam call pretending to be from PSE&G do not confirm or deny anything with these types of calls
Can't understand his accent or where he says he's calling from, sounds like he's looking for my daughter, under her maiden name, who hasn't lived here in 18 years. Didn't pick up and have blocked calls from that number.
Got a call from (908) 577-9161
Impersonating PSE&G
Received 2 messages saying to call pSEG immediately I haven't paid them in 14 months they had my name and address.
so far, every day i get a call from them pseg . even says my husband name.
Same thing Happened to me. I called pseg and they apologized for the inconvenience. But they threatened to cut the power off if they didn't receive a payment. Nj doesn't allow the power to be cut in the winter. Electricity runs our furnaces.

Claimed my recently paid bill was past due. Up to date and owe less then they claim for new bill. Scam looks real. This is a REAL problem in this country. Instead of giving people parking and automobile tickets, those resources should be used to fight real crime, fraud and cyber crimes aimed at Americans. Our safety and protection should come first.
