Who called me from this phone number (908) 522-7890

Credit card/debt reduction scam. I am receiving 2 and 3 robocalls from this company. they use different numbers, but I cant's get rid of them. The Do Not Call registry is useless. When will the FCC do it's job about these scam calls?
