Called his org "Tax Support. Used caller ID area code 908 (north jersey). Since getting that number, I moved 1,000 moles away, so all 908 numbers are spoofed caller ids. I told him this & he admitted he was actually calling from Oregon. So, he admitted using a spoofed ID. I blocked it.
