November 3, 2018: at 6:59 this morning, I got a call from 907-778 6542. when I picked up the phone receiver, a recorded message came on and said "can you hear me okay?" I knew right away that it was the can you hear me scam in which someone will call and try to get me to say "yes" and then record it and use it to make it sound like I agreed to something I did not agree to. i just blew into the receiver and hung up. I looked up 907-778-6542 and it's in northway, Alaska. that number is definitely a high risk scam/fraud. scam artists are nasty! they should all be put out of business
