I received a call from this number. 906-285-6032. The man on the phone, was asking for one of my son`s, and inquiring about his home.(which is NOT up for sale) I asked a lot of questions. He said his name was Kyle Johnson, that he was calling for his client, David Decarlo of JLD Property Solutions, base Avon , NY. I looked up the address: 239 Rochester St /Avon, NY 14414. I asked him what kind of business this is, Kyle told me it was an acquisition company. I said so this company purchases properties, and either flips them or rents them, correct? He responded, Yes. I told him my son`s house is NOT for sale. (weird thing, I asked Kyle where he was calling from, he said the Philippines). I also asked him how did get my # he never really answered me.
They have been trying relentlessly to buy my rental property for the last 3 years, 15K Cash. This is 1/2 mile from the Lake Michigan NATIONAL PARK, and it's worth way more and is NOT for sale. This is the millionth time they have called. I tell them to FUCK OFF each time. They try to scam people who are hard up for money into some scammy housing deal.
Caller refused to identify herself or her organization then hung up.
Called about a property I've never owned or even heard of. Wanted a return call. Did not respond.
Sherry wants me to call back to buy our property which is not for sale
Live caller from Ironwood MI, had my full address, claiming to have a client wanting to purchase my home. My home has never been up for sale.
