Same as the above. I have received two calls from two different numbers in the last two days. I didn't recognize either phone number. Both calls were sent to voicemail. The first call was at 10:40 AM on 6/5/19 from 936-225-4724 in Lufkin, TX. The second call was at 3:58 PM on 6/6/19 from 903-200-4828 in Collinsville, TX. The voicemail appeared to be a recorded message. Both recordings were the same except for the call back phone number mentioned in the message from the same as the call it came from. The voicemail said, "From our department is to inform you that there is a legal enforcement action has been filed on your social security number for fraudulent activity. So when you get this message to speak to our office or timely call us back on our hotline number 903-200-4838 I repeat that is 903-200-4838 don't disregard this notice and do return the call before we begin with legal proceedings against you. Thank you."

Said it was deputy Kelly and that if I did not call them back that they would go forward with a SSA proceedings

Husband received cell phone call. Hung up when told SS problem and needed to call imediately.
Husband received call from this number on his cell. Hung up on caller.
