Claims a virus has been detected on my computer. Requests to gain control to clear up problem. I asked for his name and number to call him back. Reluctantly said name was Eric Sanchez (Hispanic name, when he clearly had a Hindu accent). Gave this number. Scam. Fraud.

Say that they are from Microsoft service and ask me to turn on my computer... but I tell that I didn’t have one… Talk about a warning they received… caller (Rachel) gave me this number to call back… Count on it
