Yes. Sounds like subpoena (suffina) scam.

Elixr/Envision Pharmacy (name has apparently changed recently) we have recently started using as our Medicare Part D pharmacy benefit provider. It's not been very long, and we are not familiar yet with the number from which they call us to refill our prescriptions. (There is no category that adequately or properly describes this caller. This is why I used "Unknown".) It's not a scammer, and can be reliably answered.

We get between 5 and 10 calls everyday from this number. They never leave a message.

I have got a final notice from this phone number and mail from them. The notice said if I don't call this number I will lose my medicare and other insurance companies there's a release code on it but there's no name at all on it so you don't even know who's sending it to you it's a scam
