Who called me from this phone number (888) 991-0786

Represented themselves as tech support for Netgear Orbi. Sold me 2 years 6 months extended support for $99.99, but when I tried to call them for help a couple months later, all their phone numbers were disconnected. Other associated phone numbers are 855-571-2790 & 800-219-7890.
