I received a final notice invoice from an APG Preoperative Medicine with this phone number on the letter. It has a PO Box but no specific address. They are asking me to pay $20.00 by check or money order with no option to pay online. The letter shows an account number but no date of service. I have no idea what this is for, very suspicious.
