Scam! They will charge fraudulent medicines. To your insurance plan.
good people would recommend 10/10
888 938 5487 they knew my name address and DOB. They asked which pharmacy I use and my insurance number. I provided the pharmacy but that was all. The guy named Tony said he was from Group Plan Pharmacy. He was defensive when I asked questions. Wanted me to say yes to what he was saying. I believe this is very fraudulent. They should be stopped.
I have gotten over 30 calls - both to my landline and mobile. It is the pharmacy network. They want to send OTC medications or vitamins. They claim they have some method to bill my insurance but they don't know who my insurance is. That seems to be the scam. They will send you some sort of sketchy medication and try to charge the insurance company as part of "tele-medicine". I have also spoken to several supervisors. I have just completely stopped answering all my phones since they call at least twice a day. I am hoping someone figures out how to stop them. They will not take NO for an answer.
Today. I also received call from company call group plan pharmacy my regular 8 medicine free no charge and every month they will send this medicine this is all fraud
I received a call, also from a rather heavily accented woman. She kept telling me about the pharmacy benefits I was entitled to beyond what my insurer company provides. She insisted that I had these benefits and asked me to verify the address they had for me, which I did. Then she went on about how they are affiliated with the pharmacies my insurance company uses. I asked where shoe was calling from and she said “The Group Plan”. I asked for a website, which she said they did not have. That was when I hung up. Who doesn’t have a website for their company in 2020??
The Pharmacy Network has been calling me 3-5 times per day (from many different numbers across the United States) claiming to be from TPN and have been contracted by my "medical PPO insurance". I finally was able to obtain a callback number, which is this scam based 888 number. I confirmed with my insurance that TPN has not in fact been contracted for my plan. I called TPN after Googling their number, and they claim they have not contracted this company and states they are overwhelmed with calls regarding this situation. SCAM. HOW DO WE MAKE THIS STOP?!?
I received a call from a scammer with a very heavy accent asking me if I had any pain and needed medication for my symptoms. He said I could get all of the medication and vitamin D and B for free and delivered to my door. When I began asking questions about the name of their company, they put on a supervisor by the name of John Ray, also had a heavy accent, and he asked me some medical questions and wanted to know my doctor's name. I gave him all fake information and then told him I would call him back. He gave me the number 888-938-5487. I just wasted their time. I hope nobody falls for this.
I too got sevral calls from the same lady from The Pharmacy Network. She kept wanting to "sell" me a buch of OTC vitamines, pain medicines and antifungal creams, and insssisted on knowing what pharmacies I shop at and my insurance info. I never gave out any of it to her. Everytime she called me it was from a different number which always came up as not in service when I called back. The last time I spoke to her which as today, I told her I'll call her back and the number she game me was 888-938-5487. I called it to see to who will answer and all I got was music with no reply. I can not say for certain but more then likely its a scam or fraud. To me it seems to be sketchy.
I got some call from The Pharmacy Network, at first I thought it was a scam, but then one day I answers their questions and they didn´t ask for any credit information or something like that, I choose the medication and they send it to me, and it was billed to my insurance plan, so technically free,, so, for my part I had a good experience.
I got this call during this pandemic and they actually provided me medicines for free!! im very happy to what the pharmacy network give. they are not asking for any of your bank or ssn they are just confirming your delivery details that's it.
I have gotten these calls probably 2x a week since mid-April. Today I had a pen near me and got the info that they are the Pharmacy Network, 888-938-5487. Again, wouldn't put me thru to a manager, would not take me off their list and when I insisted I had listened to what they offered on many occasions and I am still NOT interested, was challenged on what it was (OTC pain meds, vitamins, etc.). I told them I do not have any of the issues they reportedly have a solution for and again asked to be removed from their list. I have spoken to my insurance company. They know NOTHING about this. I would rather go thru my insurance company, doctor and known pharmacy to get what I need than go thru a 3rd party that called ME. Honestly, calling me 2x a week when I have asked them not to might actually be considered stalking and makes me even less apt to take them up on their offer.
I received the call too .. I thought it was a scam at first but then realized that all the pharmacies bill insurances so why not get them free ... its just a pharmacy network like any other one , I ended up recieving the meds I wanted.
Multiple calls to our pharmacy this week from both “The Pharmacy Network” and “Dr. Thomas Webster’s office” looking for patient coverage information. Our system is equipped with caller ID - all calls come up as unavailable, and with random area codes. The callers are also obviously calling from outside the US. We’re telling them we have no hits on the names, are refusing to do central database searches, and tell them to contact the patient directly for coverage.
They called me on 5/5/20–This has to be a scam or fraud. They didn’t ask for any of my info but they already had it. Said they would provide the vitamins and Pain med for up to 12 mos. Sound like fraud to me.The guy had a Philippine accent and said his name was Jake Anderson.LOL. I don’t believe it. They would probably scam the insurance company - they have that info also. They said they were with The Pharmancy Network and working thru NPS Pharmacy, This is different than other comments. I called NPS Pharmacy but that place was closed. I’ll call NOS again tomw and keep you updated.
Received a call claiming they were calling from the Pharmacy Network from phone #5184131931 about over the counter meds that I can now get through Telemedicine coverage through my current PPO insurance that covers it. Especially during these recent times to keep people in the house not out in public. Wanted my birthdate , primary care physician name confirm my phone # and both emails and resident address. I stopped the conversation once the yes and no questions began and then put me on with a supervisor that gave me a number I can call for verification 8889385487 claimed his name was Donald Long. No way he had foreign accent as did the initial female person. I didnt give medical insurance or finance info but I shouldn't of gave the rest above . That's on me now. Dont do it . Now I'll be freaking out not sure how to handle it now. It's all a Fraud !! Scam Etc.
I had received at least 4 calls in the last two weeks. Today's call the guy would not give up when I told him to take my number off the list. That I did not believe him NOR would my company do this. Demanded a number and he gave me 888-938-5487

I received a call today from group plan pharmacy. They said they are from Houston, when I asked there address they were not able to answer properly and a supervisor barged in to the call for answering my questions. They were forcing me to say YES and acknowledge from my end for confirming the information. I was told that I would be getting non-prescription medicines free of cost and it will be billed to the insurance company. I wasted there time and gave all wrong information. This is a scam!
