This is a computer scam! The bottom line is they will lock up your computer if you let them in or tell you they have a refund by that time they have gotten in bank account, then they put any cash you have in savings, credit card, line of credit then stick it in your checking to look like they over paid them. Senior please BEWARE! you their favorite target.
