It is a collector impersonating as a lawyer informed me they sues and there is a court date on old debts barred by statute of limitations. They gave me a court case number in Harris county. I contacted Harris County court and I was told there is no such as. I called a couple of attorneys and they checked out the case number and they could not find such as case pending in the court. Clearly an attempted fraud by someone, very possibly by debt collectors.
