Had a call from someone indicating they were on a recorded line and stating balance I owed on my home, and questioned, "is that correct?" When I told him I was not going to answer on a recorded line without knowing what this is about, he said, "It's about getting a 1% mortgage, but you just disqualified yourself ," and hung up.

Just got a call from this place, saying it was from MLS asking about my mortgage and how much I owe. He went away when i told him, I do not owe the place, I am renting. It sounded like a scam
